The Hike Collective

Experience some of the best walking trails Rottnest Island has to offer with The Hike Collective’s guided tours.

Festive Period Closure
Temporarily closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January 2025.

The Hike Collective runs relaxed guided hiking tours around the island, suitable for beginners to hiking enthusiasts.

Get ready to traverse unique landscapes along the Wadjemup Bidi: a series of walk trails on the island. These trails take you across spectacular coastal headlands, past stunning inland lakes and towards natural and man-made attractions.

Stand in the places where history was made. Walk into the wilderness where native flora is regenerating. Look up at giant energy transformers that sustainably power the island.

Guided hike times run from a few hours to all-day treks, scavenger hunts, and group activities are designed to suit a range of fitness and experience levels. Along the way, the team of local guides will engage you in stories of place, people, flora and fauna.
