You can be reassured by the high standard of safety with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:8 and a maximum of 24 students per session. This approach ensures personalised attention and a secure learning environment, with safety and skills development the top priority of each program.

Surfing WA has been providing surfing services to WA schools for over 35 years and currently provides a range of programs for all students from Primary and Secondary Schools. Run by a passionate team of experienced coaches, all lessons are safe and skills-focussed, with options for everyone, from beginners to seasoned surfers alike. Programs on available include group lessons, private sessions, and special courses like the "Beyond Waves" program, which creates a supportive space for female surfers.

Where To Find Surfing WA Surf School

Located in the historic Kingstown Barracks which is a 25-minute walk or 10-minute cycle from the Visitor Centre. Alternatively, guests can take the Quokka Coaches accommodation shuttle bus.
