Begin or conclude your day with a harmonious blend of yoga, mindfulness, and community connection, all set against the stunning natural beauty of the island.

This immersive journey of self-discovery and wellbeing includes dynamic asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, and holistic wellness practices.

Choose from a variety of yoga classes, including Moon Yoga for mental stability, Yang Yoga to circulate energy, and Yin Yoga, which targets connective tissues to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction. Mat Pilates classes are also available.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Evolve in You caters to all levels, promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Classes are designed to help you disconnect from the outside world and turn your awareness inward, all while enjoying the soothing sounds of the waves.

Yoga mats are provided, and it’s recommended to bring a jumper for the final meditation.
